Foolish Martial Master

Jack Lorne of Dragon Martial Academy has two disciples, Will and Fred. Jealous, Will frames Fred after he wins a tournament. Jack disowns Fred, and Will throws him into a river. Rescued by Elise Shaw, Fred, now mentally impaired, learns martial arts from TV, beginning an unexpected journey.
